I tried to get all scopes as recentered as possible, they all about match, except for the one in your screenshot, that one seems like it is off when the others are on point. Maybe it will work for you, if you want to play with the positioning some more i tweaked this RectTransform = { AnchorMin = "0.4693 0.4630", AnchorMax = "0.5293 0.5330" }, Scopes.cs

I did a reboot and semtex stayed semtex, not sure what could even cause an item to change after reboot never seen that happen

What loot plugin are you using. There is no bugs for this plugin that I have heard of having to do with spawning. It doesn’t replace all F1 grenades, only the ones that come up In the crate by chance

Im not sure if they will load, It is either the map or NPC Spawn blocking it. -
Wild west may have an issue with this @Kapco411, may know more as i tried to help him troubleshoot this over the course of a few days

The plugin currently isn’t structured to handle that -
The tool has a learning curve, but if you take the time to learn it you can output some UI Ideas into rust pretty quickly. I've used it to complete about 6 UI's so far, Something I wouldn't have pulled off without it -
Server rewards doesnt support give all offline you may need to customize that if license allows it. I use economics, i am able to deposit $ to all accounts upon completion. I dont think there is a way to give offline players items, ill have to look on forums or something for that info. skill tree is a good add on command since it allows you to run commands to give xp and sp to offline players, so that works well.

lol i dont have a demo version, what you could do is make dummy items with those skin ids and if they pop up in your loot table youre good -
Im not sure how those really work, I dont use either. skinids for the items are provided in config, if that was is needed to insert them into your table.

There is a config line for each item to spawn, one to choose where to spawn cache, then when we get to keys, one for the key item spawn

This is due to the face punch changes of vending machines , if you click it, it should say the bounty name
