I still can upgrade from regular stone to adobe skin. I first need to downgrade it, before I can upgrade the skin

Yeah but switching from brutalist to adobe doesn't work for me. I need do downgrade it to upgrade it again to the skin I want. That goes with the metal, wood and stone skins

Hi, When the building is in stone, i can upgrade it to brutal skin. Same with metal and shipping. what am i doing wrong?
