These items are based on paid items from paid DLC, which under the new rules are forbidden to be given to players if they haven’t purchased them, regardless of whether they have skins or not. If these items are given to players without permission, the server may receive a search ban. You can remove the DLC-check plugin at your own risk -

К сожалению, мой плагин не занимается загрузкой изображений, это ответственность ImageLibrary/CarbonImageModule. Если у вас есть какие-то ппроблемы с российскими/иностранными интернет ресурсами - вероятнее всего, это именно сетевые особенности. Обратитесь с этим запросом к своему хостинг провайдеру, чтобы они выяснили причины неисправности

Hi! Sorry for the late reply, we didn’t see your message. At the moment, the plugin randomly triggers one of the configured events. I can add a feature so that the last triggered event is not considered in the random selection
