I have tested it on my local server, it works perfectly, it does not take me out of the server, I have tested it without having any plugin installed, only a flat terrain and the blimp, everything is correct. I recommend you to do the same test, remember before to do a complete wipe on your local server, do not use plugins for a correct test.

Yes you can use it, but some NPCs will not appear, after testing I have seen that some NPCs that do appear, you can use the blimp on your map (some NPCs do appear), if you want more NPCs this month you can create NPC points with some plugin. Sorry I can't give you another solution so far, but that's how Rust is with its updates.

You can use inferno arena on any map, custom map or procedural map.

But I've just noticed that I don't have the plugin https://umod.org/plugins/wipe-info-api installed on my server. The reason is that I'm using Pterodactyl, and the instruction doesn't say that it's necessary to install it.
