You can delete an item immediately in the game: you need to go to the "✎" menu and click on the "✕" button to delete the item. P.S. It is not indicated in your text, but you highlighted in the screenshot, so I will give my comment: you are using the ServerPanel V2 template, and the Shop plugin template is adapted to the ServerPanel V1 template. You need to change the Shop plugin template to the correct one (adapted to the ServerPanel V2 template), the instructions for this are in the Shop plugin FAQ

These items are based on paid items from paid DLC, which under the new rules are forbidden to be given to players if they haven’t purchased them, regardless of whether they have skins or not. If these items are given to players without permission, the server may receive a search ban. You can remove the DLC-check plugin at your own risk -
