To give access to a set you need to give permission to this set (configurable in config) To bind to a Discord account you need a special bot that tracks this, and at the moment of binding you need to issue this permission of the set. We are already developing such a bot

I can assume that you are getting a 429 error from imgur in the server console. So you should change your image storage hosting, or use offline mode of images

You can only convert items from Shop by David and Server Rewards Otherwise only manually -
ServerPanel does not support BankSystem at the moment, but this is in the plans
