- Added the ability to remove penalties at recyclers in safe zones;
- Added the ability to toggle restrictions on gathering in other players' build zones;
- Added the ability to set a default value for FriendlyFire in the config file;
- Added the ability to restrict cuffing players outside of PvP zones. Interested in your opinion: should we prohibit cuffing altogether, or leave it as is with permission to cuff in PvP zones only?
- The admin subcommand "/realpve admin" has been moved to its own separate command "/adminpve", this command can be modified in the config file (suggest alternative names if you have better ones);
- The admin subcommand loot "/adminpve loot *userId*" now allows specifying player IDs as the last parameter;
- Added an admin subcommand "/adminpve monument pvp *monumentName/or you should be inside the monument*" to toggle PvP flags in monuments;
- Fixed an issue where admins couldn't loot other players' toolcupboards;
- Fixed an issue preventing looting in PvP zones;
- Fixed an issue with mailboxes;
- Now, for static(public) quarries, OwnerID checks will not be performed. Some plugins were found to unexpectedly overwrite OwnerID for static quarries for unclear reasons.
