    Hi, I would like to clarify this calmly and clearly. This ticket was opened on November 29th, 2025. For over two months, I have been waiting for a final decision or clear communication. I have not written any public review about the product. All communication from my side was handled only through this support ticket, which is the appropriate place to report product issues. My intention was never to damage anyone’s reputation. I simply reported the issues I experienced and waited for a resolution.     The ship is stationary and doesn't move; it's completely static. The map is a custom one, Waterworld by Niko. What I don't understand is that it works perfectly fine everywhere else, just not there.

    SailingShip (1).json I've now tried it with the new version, but the same thing is happening. Here's the JSO file that appears when I create a new spawn point and a new position. I can only create one position at a time. As soon as I try to create a second one with the /SpawnPointAddPos command, the chat no longer shows what's happening; only the first time it shows that a position was successfully set. but no bot spawns

    Yes, before the npcspawn update it worked; you could place bots there. Could it be because of the water? Because it works perfectly fine on land and also on normal vanilla monuments.

    I have another problem. I tried to place bots on a custom monument, but somehow they don't want to go there. It's the sailing ship monument, a ship standing on water. But otherwise, everything works normally.

    I reinstalled everything, completely deleted the old data and config, and now the bot settings are there, but unfortunately all my previous bot settings from BetterNPC are gone, but that's okay.

    Hi, after updating BetterNPC and NpcSpawn I followed the update notes and set everything up step by step. NPCs are spawning correctly, but all previous NPC settings are effectively gone. NPCs now spawn naked and without behavior unless everything is manually rebuilt in NpcSpawn presets. This makes it feel like all existing BetterNPC bots were not properly migrated. Even simple setups (like a basic vanilla Scientist) now require a lot of manual work, and it’s very easy to think something is broken when it’s actually just empty presets.How can I make it so that the bots have settings again?

    Hi badgyver, I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to reach out to you directly and in a calm way, because I’d really like to close this situation positively. I truly respect the work that goes into creating monuments and maps, and I understand that these situations can become frustrating on all sides. Unfortunately, the map wasn’t usable for me personally at the time of purchase, which is why I stepped back from it. Since then, I haven’t downloaded or used any further updates or content related to it. I remember that you once mentioned the possibility of an exchange, and I wanted to kindly ask if it would still be possible to exchange the map for the “Enterprise” monument instead. I would honestly be very happy with that solution and would consider everything fully resolved. I’m not looking for refunds, credits, or anything beyond that — I just want to have something usable and move on in a positive way. Thank you very much for your time and for considering this. I really appreciate it.

    To clarify my issue once more: My problem is not about a single bug or cosmetic detail. The issue is that the map was not properly maintained over time. What I experienced were only minimal changes, without meaningful improvements or proper upkeep, despite the map being listed as up to date. For me, this resulted in a product that was not acceptable or usable in practice, even if it technically loaded. This is why I requested a refund, which was reviewed and approved by Codefling.

    Hello @Codefling Team and @Map Creator, I want to clarify one important point regarding the update released today. I will not download or test this update, as my refund request was made before this update and was already reviewed and approved by Codefling. The product was purchased while being marked as up to date, but at the time of purchase it was not functionally usable, which led to the refund approval. A later update does not change the original state of the product at the time of sale, nor does it invalidate an already approved refund. As stated before, I am still fine with store credit instead of a cash refund, and I would like to close this matter cleanly and professionally. I am therefore asking for the execution of the approved refund or store credit, independent of today’s update. Thank you.

    In German, we call this a botched job; the work simply wasn't done properly. For this price, you should expect a playable map. This map isn't suitable for normal players at all; there are helicopters that are practically indestructible. It's more for admin shenanigans.

    Hello, I bought the map yesterday, but I'm very disappointed. There's so much that needs to be done on the map, as well as terrain and bots that are out of place. For the price, it's really too much. It's very bad that a map is sold like this. Price is the deciding factor here; for that price, one should expect something that's actually being checked, and I don't want to do that for you.I am a buyer, not a creator.

    Hello, I already wrote to you on Discord and I also have a ticket with you there. Unfortunately, you haven't replied to me since. That's why I'm writing here now so that I can solve these problems. As you already know, there are errors when entering and logging out of the map and also these trees that are underground are still there, particularly behind the island in the Rust edit. I tried to find out what's going on myself and the problem is with the old water domes and a couple of other things that are underwater that I'm not sure about. In one place in the Rust edit, I saw part of an underwater laboratory, just like that, there's nothing to it, it's just lying there pointlessly and has been forgotten. I hope you're still thinking of me.

    Hello, I have a question. Does your plugin currently have any problems? I experience shutter lag as soon as Skinner starts loading a few skins, and I think the cash option for saving skins isn't working properly. Even if skins have already loaded once, it often still takes a long time. Before that, I had xskin, and it didn't cause such mini lags when loading skins. I only have my own collection, so I don't have 1,000 skins.
    A good plugin, even if there are occasional visual bugs, but they are client-side. If you log in again, everything looks fine again. I noticed that the more you play with the trains, the better it gets. There was a compatibility issue with the barge on my server, but the makers of both plugins, @Adem and @LeroyJenkins, were quick to fix it and they were great. That's the quality you're looking for when you value good plugin developers. Thank you both
