Nice underwater base for players to build in, with an elevator in the middle. The elevator can be used to go floor by floor or from one end to the other, also has one button to call the elevator in case it has been left on another floor. Has prevent building around it so that players don't build outside of it from the inside. There are 2 prefabs in the folder, one has 22 floors and another one 12 floors (from bottom to top). A collection of 4 Oases. Trees and decor spawn using the topology in game to reduce prefab count. Each Oasis is the size of an Ice Lake. If you don't apply biome then you can let the natural trees and bushes spawn for the biome it's placed in. Can build in this area. Place "Prevent Building Sphere" in RustEdit or use "Zone Manager" if desired for no building. Each oasis has fresh water to drink and riverside topology for corn and pumpkins to grow. Place each oasis at the Y value height described. [When placed higher it can cause pieces of cliff rocks to expose the invisible side that allows players where they shouldn't be." This pack contains 6 small caves. The caves are designed to build a base inside. One of the caves has electricity, so you will need to install a dll. Outpost Shelter is custom outpost where your players will find everything what they need ! Vendors, Places for custom shopers, VendingMachines, BuildablePlaces, And some useful prefabs/items (Car LIft ,Oil Refinery ,Gamble , Games, Instruments, Wb ,etc ) VENDORS : Airwolf - buying flying vehicles, Stableshoper - buying saddle and claiming horses . VENDING MACHINES : All vendings from outpost and bandit + vehicle parts . BUILDABLE PLACES : There are 6 buildable places below safe zone , 4 smaller (lets say 3 x 2) + 2 bigger ( 3 x 3) . A nice looking town can work with the Hotel Plugin (it is not 100% compatible yet since it has 2 doors and the plugin only uses one door) or by its own. To make it work with the Hotel plugin just place codelocks on main entrance in every hose and place normal locks on the rest of the doors to avoid unwanted visitors. The town has 18 houses. Each house comes with a nice yard where you can build on, you can build inside the house aswell. Also all the houses come with several prefabs like lights, bed, tables, etc. All the huses have a helipad on top. You can only build inside the house and in the yard, everything else is blocked, makes it perfect for roleplay, pve or even pvp. If you want to use it as an arena just block all the doors with locks. Tip: First apply the splat, then the height (in case you need to adjust the prefab to the splat).

Boonie Bears - Logger Vick's Cabin There are 3 different versions of "Logger Vick's Hut", and you can place different monuments for your server. 1 - Logger Vick's hut safety resource point version (the entry area is a safe area, there are NPCs similar to those in a bandit camp, and there are vending machines, gambling tables, decomposition machines, and a small number of resource boxes in the house) 2 - Ordinary resource point version of Logger Vick’s hut (ordinary resource point monuments, distributed around the hut and guarded by NPCs, there are many resource boxes and decomposers in the house) 3 - A player-buildable version of Logger Vick's hut (a small wooden hut that can be built for players. does the sun hurt your eyes when you look at it? well then do i have a prefab for you! stop worrying about that burning ball of fire trying to kill you and just spend the entire wipe underground!! no really this place has everything you could need and more. its basically an entire map in its self. this is umbra city. a rather large prefab that is basically a giant monument with over 140 player buildable spots, with several monuments inside of this as well, and a few vendors obviously due to its size lag is a factor. on a fresh wipe umbra is surprisingly lag free. the key is keeping as much stuff as you can in darkness. i suggest using a plugin to limit how many entities a player can place, specifically lights. monuments inside of umbra: movie theater npc base strip club/bar casino safe quarry autoshop mine/tunnels sewer fight club i think the pathing inside of umbra could also be considered a monument in its self there are also a couple random puzzles scattered around not really connected to anything 13894 prefab 364 io 8 vending machine/npc 757 loot container - a big portion of this is close by player build spots within the 4/5 block range so loot will stop spawning near player built stuff making loot more scarce inside of umbra. this place is massive 757 sounds like a lot but it is spread out well. and you are always welcome to edit the loot to your needs. the zip comes with the map of it and the prefab its self so you can easily edit it (read the guide) PS if anyone is crazy enough to actually want a bigger version pm me in discord ℘̷͖͗ℭ͎ͦ̕ƾ̸̣ͤ#0288 i have so many more ideas and dreams... this prefab is my baby. unfortunately this prefab has hit its limit for the server i am on (actually hit it well before this iteration of umbra)

this is a massive prefab (there is a screenshot of it next to launch site) with tons of build spots, a shop, and my personal favorite puzzle that i have made. the puzzle/monument is pretty long and might/probably will kill your players. a couple of the traps the body is not retrievable. 11651 prefab 178 loot container. this might sound like a lot but ~90% of the loot is scattered around like loot you will find along the road and a good portion of it are in the 4/5 block despawn range of player stuff so loot will become more scarce as more build there (all loot rooms are protected from this) 310 io connections. yes you need oxide 70~ custom build spots almost all are above but some are underground. the ones above ground range from a empty lot to several variations of custom buildings for players to all build in. there is a guide in the zip file with more details on how to place prefab

Creeping Mansion Variations|Drag n' drop! Make your own monument or concept out of the shell of this building! Features: Simple, Detailed, 1932 (Variant A)~ 2022 (Variant B)~ prefabs in total! Can easily be inserted into a map allowing for a more diverse role play experience, by customizing and adding in your own details! Does not include a "Monument Marker" keep this in mind when placing the building. So when dropping this prefab within your map you may have to grab the entire prefab and slightly move it to align with the terrain due to this handicap (not the prefab’s fault, just how Rust’s works).

This is a set of a medival house to build a base with. See the pictures for the instructions how to set up your base in the house. You will be able to build your base on two stores in the house, the basemant and the first floor. The House can be used for several options like a small basement tavern, a brewery, a tea house, a living house or what else comes to your mind. The set also contains a static variant of the house you can use to fill up the map with life without a basebuild feature (or just to fill up some space between other houses and bases to avoid conflicts with the building privilege zones). the buildable house has been testet over a couple of days on a testserver. A bunker that can be built inside of for a cool base from a solo to a small clan base should fit no problem. Has a recycler and few other helpful bits in the tunnels.

With the HDRP update arriving I decided to make some cave style domes, there's 6 different versions 4 include resources and 2 just rocks to build on and around. In the resource ones you will find some wood and nodes, and plenty of different areas to build in or around. Enjoy

Underwater Buildable domes, in this pack I have made different sizes as well as 3 different glass versions, there's 9 in total that can be used and placed under the water. included is a small med and large version for each glass style. Enjoy.

Large buildable PVE/Roleplay-Area. (Note: You can't build everything. That means you are not able to place walls if there is alrdy a foundation. What you can is placing all kind of deployables and definitly build when theres no foundation). The basic idea of this is the animal shelter itself (Nice with a pet-plugin or maybe a soon coming extention). You can spawn wolfs, chicken, bears, whatever in the seperated cells (they will stay there). There is space for a vet, a farmer and a (car) mechanic or whatever your playerbase can think of. Two "crimescenes" for RP-Szenarios are also included. Swimming dead bodies and stuff in the underground silo and human meat parts in the boar trough. You can spraycan some entities. (doors, boxes, ect.) The area in and around the area has no prevent building zone. Prefabcount: around 3000 Requires: uMod/Oxide, RustEdit DLL Feedback would be appreciated.
