Sorry, after the restart it worked perfectly just as you said. So, for anyone still having issues—set it up the way Imthenewguy explained, and after a restart it will work perfectly! It counts exactly as much as the player harvests, even with buffs!- 1,651 comments

The planting quest still isn’t working properly, even if I change that setting! The quest only counts 45 while the player actually harvests 81!

Hello, our players are also complaining about the same issue — the yield from the Skill Tree isn't being counted towards the quest progress.
