This error can occur in 2 cases. 1) If you have not placed all data files in the oxide directory 2) Read permissions have been changed and now Oxide cannot access these files I wrote to you about hosting, because the rights change could have been caused by them. The monument's green zone is free and unoccupied, which means it has a neutral status. The player simply cannot claim it, but others can take it from him.
