How do I do that there are ONLY resources in the TC? now there are always other things in there too. which loot tables?

Is it possible that resources are only available in the TC? and How do I set the loot so that there are max 100 scraps in the base? I have it like that: { "shortname": "scrap", "amount": 100, "skin": 0, "amountMin": 25 }, but sometimes there are over 100 in it. I change the loot in Difficulty_Loot or Base_Loot?

Hello, I am looking for a plugin that new players are raid protected for a while. I've already tried AntiNoobRaid but it doesn't work. New players come on the server and should receive a message that they are still protected for x time. Raiders should get a message that the player is protected.
