Unfortunately, the game doesn't allow you to do this via scrolling the mouse wheel, so you can leave this in its current state, or you can disable this scroll bar in the config and use the normal buttons

Hi! I tested with AutomaticAuthorization - everything works fine. Check the configuration of AutomaticAuthorization. If everything is ok with the config, then most likely there is some plugin interfering with everything -
