The chances are multiplicative of the default values.
For example, if you have a base chance of 5% to find an item in a crate_normal_2 container, and then have a 25% boost from the Skill Tree nodes, your chance would be modified to 6.25%
If you set the boost to 100%, the chance would instead be 10%. It scales based off of the default loot chance values.
