This is not possible. In order to download purchased content via our API you'd need the user's oauth token. This isn't something we're going to allow as these tokens can be harvested by malicious users to gain access to paid content.

This wouldn't be possible. While we do have an API for such a thing, downloading an update of a paid file would require an oauth token for every single server. That's not something we'd deploy for a single developer. However, this is built into Carbon already so you shouldn't worry about implementing your own auto updater into the plugin itself.

This is on the roadmap, but sadly we have no ETA. For now, you should follow files like you're doing now and modify your notification settings to exclude any events you don't want to be notified for.

Every entity stores its creation date, but I don't recall a command for admins. You'll need a plugin to see make the actual command.

The only way this would be true is if the plugin is intended to only be used by a single person. In comparison to an actual live server, with 10s, 20s, or 100s of players. Depending on the complexity of the plugin, the price you pay is nowhere near compensation for the amount of time the author spent creating it and the continued support they'd provide long after. Not to mention almost every single plugin can be monetized in some way. So, of course, authors are not going to sell their work dirt cheap just for servers to profit off their labor. Plugins are usually sold for commercial use, as they should be.

Perhaps @Adem or @Razor can shed some light on the log issue. To clarify, though, this message is a warning rather than an error. I'm not entirely sure if it can be suppressed completely. -
I've got server logging disabled mostly. I only enable it when I'm troubleshooting personally. The error is harmless and I can't imagine it's filling your logs too much.
