This role is typically given a week after your first paid file is approved. This gives us time to vet you properly before funds are released.

This does sound like your bandwidth is being throttled more than a transmission issue. It's possible that the accumulation of bandwidth used during the previous billing cycles has limited your account. An ISP may impose temporary restrictions on accounts if it thinks they are being used in a malicious manner, or potentially, in this case, for commercial purposes.

Unplug your modem and router for a few minutes. If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting your ISP so they can have someone come out and test the lines.

If you're using a residential internet provider, you may be being throttled. Even if they advertise unlimited bandwidth, they do have a hard cap before they begin throttling you. I'd reach out to see if they offer a commercial account or consider a proper hosting environment. Once you account for added expenses it's likely cheaper renting a cheap vps/dedicated machine.

That's rough. A power state issue shouldn't have caused that, since much of it is never written to file. So something else must have happened as a result of, or as a cause of, the power loss. I'd have that looked into so it doesn't happen again.

Just keep in mind that if there are any issues, the file may be taken off temporarily until resolved. If files have to be taken down often, this feature will no longer become available, even with Pro.
