I can integrate with that sure yeah, but i think your main issue is having it sending to global would always cause spam, especially if a player keeps going back and forth in and out of the edge. Maybe if I add a cooldown for this type of triggers so it won't be too constant, will see what i can do and update you when i have something.
Hey there. If you haven't figured it out yet, zone id is a number separate from the name, you should be able to see all zones with and their ids by typing /zone_list.
For having ! as a prefix, you can add that for all oxide chat commands by going to oxide/oxide.config.json and add "!" to Chat command prefixes section.
For commands cooldown, will add that next update.
Then it is what i suspected, it's just a bug they have when showing files that have steamids (it rounds them to nearest 10 or something like that). What you see in the editor not what actually is in the file, you can see that when you download it.
That sounds like a host editor issue, I've seen it before with gtxgaming web editor, it loads the steamids incorrectly (basically long numbers) but if I download the file it looks right.
