Yes, you're right. New Year's customization causes this problem on small locomotives. Most likely, some kind of prefab blocks the damage.

Hi. Sorry for the huge delay. On my server, the driver is killed with any customization settings. Make sure that "Allow damage to the train driver [true/false]" is true in the config

Regarding damage to non-owners and their base.

In the latest versions of the Pve Mode and Convoy plug-in, the damage from the helicopter has been fixed. We did not fix the damage from Bradley on the players, because it is very unlikely that Bradley will fire a cannon at another player. This fix would have a big impact on performance. -
