Hi Bear, it looks like the item is stuck in your item history slot. So it only shows for you. This data is in you PlayerUsageData.json under data/skinner folder

Skins are cached till a player relogs. The server cant tell that a player sold an item while they are playing. -

be sure to unload the plugin and then change the config and then reload it. For me this worked fine.
