are you able to reproduce or know what happened at the time of the error?

Check you logs in carbon/logs/carbon.core.log and see if there are any messages, usually there are a few in regards to the plugin api

Your CPU is a major factor here. Rust is primarly limited by single threaded computations. So you really want a high clock rate CPU. Aim for 4.0 Ghz or better. Then for ram ideally haveing 20gb would be great. Are you self hosting? It seems like a strange setup.

Hi Gasvel no need to make a second support ticket. Please let me know if you have a discord account were we can instant message. As stated before this seems to be a problem with only your server and is not reproducable on oxide or carbon. -
