This is when corrupt skins load from the workshop because they have an invalid sprite size. I can maybe add a custom command to manually check for bad sprites, but it would be slow in comparison to the normal checks because it would have to check every skin individually.
Thats not how the plugin works. It doesnt check your local file system. What you are probably seeing is skin history data, which is a file you can delete from data/skinner
There is an option to allow players to use skins they own. Thats probably what you are seeing. I highly recommend you dont add a config option for - Auto import approved skins
As this part of the code is where all skin sorting happens so skins might not import or be catergorised correctly.
