    Based on the behavior I am seeing am I safe to assume that the "Closest Reward" feature has been deprecated? That is fine by me but would just like to know for certain.

    When the "Globally announcement in chat when player voted" the announcement works but it displays the wrong name for everyone except the player that actually received the award. It seems that he global announcement is showing the name of the user that is logged into Rust rather than the claimant.
