Some skins are old and not compatiable any more so it could be the pre 2018 skins trying to be added to the game. Otherwise send me some the the erros with the IDs and i can look them up -

They are saved in a data file however player data is removed after inactivity via the config: Remove player data after inactivity (days) = 14;
