Is there a way to give a warning when npc's are going to respawn? Players have been in the middle of looting/killing npc's and when the respawn time hits, they get surrounded by the reset npc's. Not great

Can banners and other identifying signs, etc. be changed/modified to match the different factions in my PVE Roleplay world? Would love to changes those banners that say RUST to the name of my factions. If not, contact me for custom work if you do that.
