It uses spawn points and heartbeat sensors to create areas that players will be attacked by NPCs when they trigger the heartbeat sensor. It works with maps that the team releases. -

Create a ticket @Ghosthunter to ask for roles or to get verified. If you want to add a second preset you have to copy and paste, and make the initial entry manually. There is no preset there, the plugin will add spawn points but you must create and configure the preset. Let me know though if you have any issues with that.

The radar idea is definitely a possibility, already under consideration. Thank you for sharing the idea though! Be ready for changes though I foresee a lot of updates with the tugboat to come.

Just be sure the things you are changing correlate with the options you've chosen. If you are using the prefab path you cannot alter the probability because it's already set in that prefab paths loot table. So changing the items min and max for your 'own loot table' will not affect the prefab path option. -
Can you expand a little on that @JoshRosh you can just add another Sledge preset. What exactly are you trying to accomplish because unless I am mistaken you can accomplish what you are attempting without changing the CS file.

It's a little bit confusing but I think I can simplify it for you @Ghosthunter. Essentially the number there is not the position, it's the preset. So instead of 1, 2, 3, you're going to keep using 1 over and over. Or if you add a 2nd preset then you use 2 to add spawns to that preset. It should actually give you errors when you try to add to a non existent preset but this should clear it up for you I hope. I made a guide, if you're in the Mad Mapper Discord it's pinned in the Kpuc chat channel.

There are settings to help ensure this will work as intended. "If the NPC ends up below ocean sea level, should the NPC return to it's place of appearance? [true/false]": true, "Type of navigation grid (0 - used mainly on the island, 1 - used mainly under water or under land, as well as outside the map, can be used on some monuments)": 1,

You should join the Mad Mapper Discord @IkitClaw and create a ticket when you're there.

You can change the minimum and maximum to 0 for the timer if you would like. They will no longer spawn automatically and will only spawn with a command. You can change this for each boss file @forlandoo.

Where are you seeing this and what other errors are you getting? I honestly would google the beginning of the error though and look into it. It's likely either a client side PC error or a server error, it certainly is not looking like an error from this plugin but if you can get more information about where you are seeing that and what is happening leading up to it I can try to help.- 77 comments

You were using 2-AlphaLoot so it was using the heavy scientist loot table. Option 4 uses only the prefab path, 5 uses the loot prefabs as well as using the default loot table not long after that. Yes you can use as many as you want. Just be very mindful of that point, the other configurations. If you have 100% and 3 for min and max it will pull them each 3 times at 100% probability.

No reason at all to my knowledge. I would think we would have heard something by now and NpcSpawn already works fine along side them so there's not any reason that this particular event and location could cause any new issues that wouldn't have already been taken care of.

Thank you for the idea and suggestion! No immediate answer for you but it's under consideration as a few things are being looked at as far as updates and suggestions. -
If I can also add a couple of things to check. Are other NPCs still moving? Did you confirm that they are the right version? There are still occasional cache issues on the site and an older version is received, its easy to miss.

Can you check the versions of all of those plugins @Yukîî? NpcSpawn, BetterNpc, and Vanish. There were issues on the sites where a previous version was being downloaded instead of the recent version and versions not long ago had started to have that issue which prompted update.

Check what versions of this and NpcSpawn you are running. Are either out of date, or did you change anything in config recently?
