sci and scare are same plugin but scientists only spawns the scientist npc and scarecrow is built to run the scarecrow npc. the cfg can remain the same outside of the kits used (melee vs ranged) -
this is a carbon issue since server already waits for initialized has finished to start the routine. i have a similar plugin like this that adds support for console commands. Both using the oxide structure tho. ExeCuteAfterStartup is where you can do c.reload {pluginname} like done with o.reload {pluginname}.
