If these items are given to players without permission, the server may receive a search ban. You can remove the DLC-check plugin at your own risk -

К сожалению, мой плагин не занимается загрузкой изображений, это ответственность ImageLibrary/CarbonImageModule. Если у вас есть какие-то ппроблемы с российскими/иностранными интернет ресурсами - вероятнее всего, это именно сетевые особенности. Обратитесь с этим запросом к своему хостинг провайдеру, чтобы они выяснили причины неисправности
