hello, if you are talking about a manual launch from a grenade, then NPCs should not appear. If you are talking about an Air Drop from a server event, are there any errors in the console? if so, then you need a complete error from the log file, and send the data folder BetterNpc ( oxide/data/BetterNpc )

As far as I know, in the current configuration, the best solution would be to remove the min max option for Items, but then sometimes there will be 0-3 of your medical items in the loot. And I would enable loot cleanup before adding it on the General tab. -
Hello, this is very strange, does this happen every event launch or sometimes? is the event itself working correctly? Have you tried checking the work without plugins, only NpcSpawn and SupermarketEvent? Are there any messages in the console when loading the plugin and starting / passing / ending the event? Please send the configuration file and data folder, so screenshots or videos will also be useful.
