in version 2.1.7+ you can edit this in lang files

Usually NPC plugins have an option to specify a kit for the NPC, and the plugin will automatically get the kit and put on all the items

i am using the free kits and cannot figure out how to get the items to give when testing on tips4serv I have commands but anyway would this work better/easier?givekitto <player name or id> ultimatefarmingkit

kits.give [name/steamid] [kitname] — grant a kit to player

using rcon this should work, in fact I just tested it now

example  kits.give manky awesomevipkit1  
the kit name might be case sensitive, need to check.

Greeetings, it would be really really great if more /chat commands could be added to this plugin to edit kits
I use over 150 kits for NPCs / Bots   like many other users.

using the kits interface to find and edit kits takes far too long
Please consider adding this chat command for admins:
/editkit <KitName>      

This would drastically increase the user experience, thank you for your consideration and I really hope that this much needed functionality can be added.

my kits got messed up when i cinverted my umod kits to this kits plugin is there any way to fix this?

That's great to hear you will add this, it would be very beneficial!

After the force wipe, the Retro Tool Cupboards in the kits are being claimed with an exclamation mark and cannot be placed. It's not a major issue, but I wanted to report it.

Yes, we are already aware of this bug and are working on a fix

Does the icon image link have to end with .png for it to be displayed in the kits?

How do I get your Kits plugin onto the Welcome Panel so that the kits are also listed under “Kits”?

edit: Made it. I think I was a bit stupid

Hi is there an option to show the VIP kits.
But people cant buy them if they dont have perms.

I know i can set this on false or true.

But regular players can also see the admin kits on the ALL tab.
Thats something i dont want

You need to enable "Show all?" in the config

You can do this in the config, here's an example of the image setup (-32 and 32 are width, and -75 and -11 are height

There are fullscreen UI and inmenu UI settings in the config. Most likely, you have configured one of them, but are using the other one

I still don't understand from your response how I can accomplish what I'm trying to do. 

When enabling AutoKit for a specified role/permission, I will respawn and be given said autokit. However, if I continue to respawn, I will keep getting this autokit. I only want to receive it one time.

So when i set Autokit and Amount to 1, OR set the cooldown, when I respawn I will no longer get the autokit, BUT I spawn with nothing at all when I should be spawning with a rock and torch...so again, it's overriding this.

In the config file:

  "Getting an auto kit 1 time?": true,
  "Allow to enable/disable autokit?": true,
  "Permission to enable/disable autokit": "kits.changeautokit",
  "Ignore auto-kit checking?": false,

I have modified every one of these options several times with practically no change in behavior.

So again, if you can please advise on exactly what steps I need to take in order to receive an autokit 1 single time, and then a rock/torch / default loadout from there forward I would greatly appreciate it.

Did you ever get a response to this? I see that you asked originally almost a full year ago and I can't find an answer. I've been trying to use this functionality too and having the same issue. 

Workaround I'm trying now is to make the cooldown insanely long. We wipe 2x/month, so I set it at 1.5 mil seconds.

I never did, no. I gave up on it. But I do have an idea that I literally just thought of. I’ll pm ya.
