Balance Bar 0.1.6

• Changes related to version AdvancedStatus 0.1.17;
• Added a warning if the AdvancedStatus plugin is missing;
• Added checks for configuration file correctness during initialization;
• Now, if the bar settings have a value for a local image, the plugin will not add bars with non-empty URLs in ImageLibrary;
• Added option to set a balance limit. If the balance exceeds this limit, text will be displayed instead of the balance(useful if the balance is very large).

Don't forget to save the old config file, as some configs may be reset during the update.
