so that means active restart is ongoing at 00:15 UTC all you need is to  /restart cancel then  /restart xxx . On server restart the plugin will continue to run the 00:15 UTC  is basic logic here

As mentioned above, there is no manual restart schedule.
When you say cancel, what will you cancel??

and Even after run cancel command, I still can't add a manual restart, so
it might be a problem with my environment. I'll check again after wiping.

I'm using a translation, so I'm not sure if the accuracy is poor.
Or maybe you just don't understand the situation, but
I created the RUST plugin and MAP myself,
and although I only have 3.5 years of server management experience, I believe I have a reasonable understanding of how plugins work.

I just wanted to confirm whether the issue I'm experiencing is specific to my environment.

1. The previous plugin worked without any problems.
2. After the update, I can no longer manually restart using commands like "/restart set 30s" or "/restart 30s"
3. Regular restarts (restarts specified in the config file) work fine.
4. Even after "/restart cancel" when I try to add a manual restart using "/restart set 30s" the message "Restart Always Active" appears.

I'll say it again, I just wanted to confirm whether the issue above is specific to my environment.

If u want to perform manual restart and not scheduled one, u must revoke scheduled one 1st by using "/restart cancel" and after its allow u to use as example "/restart 30s"

Yes, as mentioned above, even when I follow the steps it doesn't restart, so I'm concerned about it.
However, I assume that it's working fine for other people, so I'm assuming that it's a problem specific to my environment.

I will also try disabling other plugins to see what the cause is.

fwiw, the restart works  correctly for me. Run /restart cancel then once it shows it is cancelled run (for example on time) /restart 30

How many plugins do you have ?

Do you have any other plugins that control time ?

Can you post a list of your plugins ?

If it is a long list you are welcome to dm me the list and I will see if any plugin jumps out at me.

Still, all it takes is one plugin that does not get along with another and it can cause lots of grief

I don't understand the reference to RCon or how it would help in this situation. Can you elaborate on that please ?
