This is due to the Prevent Building Sphere/Cube. Initially, I also couldn't put the sled in a cubic zone, but I could do it in a spherical one, sort of. Maybe I was wrong, but apparently the only solution is to move the collider off the slide a little so that players can put the sled at the very beginning, but then other players can try to build their house there, which will interfere with the players
