In the config file(*SERVER*\oxide\config\MonumentsWatcher.json), find "List of tracked categories of monuments. Leave blank to track all": [], and replace it with "List of tracked categories of monuments. Leave blank to track all": [ "SafeZone", "RadTown", "RadTownWater", "RadTownSmall", "TunnelStation" ]
