recycling speed doesn't seem to work.. doing "RecycleTick": 100.0, does that increase speed or reduce the speed? -

When I use a bolt for the npc weapon the range is like only 30m and should be at least 150m but when I use the setting for "NPCs attack range": 150.0, it doesn't work. all other weapons reach beyond the bolt.
