Do you see any errors in console around the time that cargo ship NPCs are despawning? Do you have any other events or plugins around cargo ship? And when you say heli NPCs are not spawning you are referring to the NPCs that spawn when patrol heli is taken down correct? Or are these from the chinook CH47?

PveMode will lock the bosses from BossMonster to the person (or team) who does the most damage. It works the same way with BetterNpc.- 427 comments

It is a nice alternative because they don't appear in any maps that I know of outside a few creators that will sometimes place them on a custom map. Pretty rare though and the only thing I can think to look for. Otherwise you can definitely customize those loot tables in a loot plugin that plays well with other plugins like BetterLoot and then reference the NPCs accordingly to those dm crate paths.

Added to our notes. A couple other plugins received similar updates previously. Until then if anyone complains tell them to pay attention to the messages saying that an event is about to happen there haha but just until he can get to updating it.

So it really depends on a few things, most of the options are going to require some time there is no way around it. But one thing that can save time is that if you want to have a custom loot table but are okay using it for all of the NPCs, there are multiple ways even including using the own loot table and copy pasting. Sometimes another plugin can be helpful I personally am not a fan of AlphaLoot though I do think they finally made custom profiles a possibility, which does not help yet as not all of the plugins have been updated to follow this just yet. I think BetterLoot is fine and one way you could do this easily if you are fine using the same loot table for multiple enemies you could use one of the loot tables that are not actually commonly found in the game and then just change the path on all of the presets to use this path. I want to say it's the prefabs with DM in their name if I remember correctly I can look them up to be sure if you don't find what I am talking about. This would require some kind of plugin like BetterLoot so that you can customize the config for that plugin, and then BetterNpc will use it. Another reason I use BetterLoot is other plugins recognize it the same as default loot tables. For me the own loot table option definitely can be tricky it would be a LOT of documentation to cover but basically understanding the way Rust by default does loot tables and probabilities, which the information is out there in the interwebs, it's complicated to make yourself.

Can you give more details, most likely you are missing files or folders in the data folder. Check for example that the Custom folder is there it can be empty but needs to be there. Reloading while the server is running you can check the loading messages for more clues. If after checking those things you are still having issues please feel free to jump in the Mad Mapper Discord and create a ticket there.

What are you having an issue with? We aren't ready for the 2026 updates just yet please give us some time on that one. But if you are having an issue after the update today just let us know. Have you spoken to Adem yet? There have been a few updates recently to resolve some issues so definitely try those, but if you are still having any sort of issue reach out to him or better yet jump in the Mad Mapper Discord. There is a link in my profile if you need it.

I just wanted to say thank you @S0TR for all the helpful assistance. I always check in here and you have been helping out before I get to it, so thank you from me and the developer. This is honestly an interesting question. Since Scientists by default always have full body outfits, and generally most NPCs get some other armor as well, I have never even really considered it other than to sometimes give some more feminine outfits and names. I think that if anything they are either all the same under the armor or they are random but I would actually have to look into this. Would finding more feminine armor sets and names work well enough for the idea that you have? -
So you can reduce that amount of time from the message appearing until the event ends. Currently it is set to 10 minutes from the chat message until the event starts. "Time before the starting of the event after receiving a chat message [sec.]": 600.0, "Time before the starting of the event after receiving a chat message [sec.]": 600.0, 600 seconds = 10 minutes.

There is a timer for how long before that message and the true beginning of the event. What do you have that set to in the configuration file?

Hopefully you sorted this by now but noticed this didn't have any answers so I wanted to make sure. Main think you'd need to do is just make sure you signed in the same way as before. If you aren't 100% sure try looking for old emails from when you made the purchases. Otherwise if you are logged in the same way you should be able to go to your purchases, right most tab on the main tap towards the top of the site, or go to the files you own and should be able to download it straight from the page.

If a map you are using has this plugin with it, you'd get an updated version there. But if you have a map that does not come with the plugin you can delete it.

Do you know what is being damaged at the time when that's happening? Mention it to Adem either in the Mad Mapper Discord or on the Convoy page either in a Support ticket or in the Discussion tab. Those are generally quick easy fixes.

Other events that use the same hook sometimes cause those errors to occur, but if there is no problem with the spawning of NPCs if the file is enabled, that is where there is an issue. Sometimes the error is not actually a problem. But if it is would you do me a favor and start another ticket so we can consider this one resolved, and the other member is not getting notifications in case we have more to discuss for your issue.
