There isnt a way to blacklist areas, but I can add a check that prevents it from being placed in a distance from rig. -

Well it depends how you are giving the players the recycler. It is correctly named when given using the "redeemrecycler" command. If you are going it out from an outside source, it needs to adjust the name of the item.

I am waiting for my discord users to confirm the patch works before I push it out. -
I only handle stacking for Epic Scrap. If you are using a plugin that stacks non-stackable items, its that plugins responsibility to make sure it filters items based on name, skin and text fields. You will need to speak to the StackSizeController dev or change stack plugins. StackModifier handles it fine.

I'll have a look into it. Not sure it's something I will add as the risk of looting close boxes is that you have a chance of dying early.
