Another suggestion would be to unload All other plugins and just load stack modifier and see if the error goes away if so then its a 3rd party plugin causing it, and you will need to track down which one & let me know.

Is there a specific item that triggers this error? I am unable to replicate this error so i will need you to track down what game item is causing that error for you on your sever. Most likely cause would be a 3rd party plugin creating some kind of custom item and then a player trying to stack it. Update 2.0.2 is out. Version 3x of this plugin has been scrapped after 9 months of development. The additional planned features will be released as other separate plugins since their was too many weird use case scenarios coming up with the testers I had. -

NavMeshErrorFix also for whatever reason replacing the log handler system which breaks my plugin & mine harmony patches the method to fix the npc issue anyways so this plugin is not needed at all with mine. If you had NavMeshErrorFix installed and then installed mine both plugins will break. Which means you'll need to remove NavMeshErrorFix. And then do a server reboot to fix the log handler system that is now bugged on your server.
