I have MySQL on my server, which is a remnant of previous projects. Now I am reinstalling the system and testing it again.But when I transferred the entire server to another server without MySQL, the same error still occurred. I can be sure that this is a clean WinServer 2022. Later, I replaced iqpermissions with TimedPermissions to completely solve the problem
