What happens if I change the config to this? Will it do the countdown for an hour and still give the warnings?

No, that's not possible.
Only countdown within one hour - restart 3600

Is there any way to make the banner stay up longer? Or can this be added as an option? I would like the countdown to show the whole time in the banner if possible.

The countdown banner is displayed the entire time the countdown is in progress until the server restarts.

Can we have an option to move the UI as it's interferes with other plugins UI, I need to move it up by the compass. @Monster

In the code there are these two lines with coordinates, you can change them.

How is this plugin better than "SmoothRestart" ? on umod that one is free...

@Monster When you say "Any command can be scheduled at any time" ... you mean I can literally schedule any console command I wish, not just restarts?

Just clarifying before I potentially mess something up trying. lol

Yes, any command for the server console.

looks like smoothrestarter plugin is not supported any more.  if this dev is active i would happily buy this.

honestly, this plugin is incredibly good, like very VERY good
ive been using it for about 2 years and its never failed. its a well worth investment / purchase to be bluntly honest.
he even fixed a problem, that would cause people to be able to duplicate items and whatnot that i had with other restart plugins or restarting through RCON console automatic restarts.
