How is this used properly?
givexp <target name/id> <xp> <apply bonus true/false>

Like:
givexp <target name/id> <xp> "apply bonus false"

or:
givexp <target name/id> <xp> false

I have to go and update 150 individual quests now cause of this change.

You can just do a find/replace for the command in your config or have AI adjust the commands for you. Shouldn't take long.
