I don't know if anyone knows about this, but super easy to change prices, just click on the picture of item in /shop to change "buy" and "sell" price of the item....super easy plugin and convenient

You can write a review about the plugin

I stopped trying to comment on plugins LOL we're not allowed to leave honest reviews, I've only purchased a few things from here and I think I'm already done buying from here as far as the shop plugin goes it's a decent plugin definitely one of the nicer interfaces but also very prone to bugs if you mess up one thing inside of the configuration file it resets everything.

You can edit items in the game

That is correct however we cannot edit everything with the in-game editor that comes with this shop as you know, the shop also has a fair bit of issues such as duplication glitches and selling issues some of which I have seen have been brought up in the past but not fixed yet.

the npc patch is awesome i have npc at the gas stations and super markets for my server shop

this shop is the best  you can do all the edits in game on the fly open the shop and click the item you want to adjust if you dont want the item hit the red box with x  you can re add stuff if you delete it   best plugin yet

Thank you for the quick response. I currently have your "example" cfg file installed to get rid of the default pricing of 100 each, buy and sell. I didn't know it was only going to have three categories though. I have been looking for a section in the code where All the preexisting categories are located so I can "enable" the other categories, because I see that as an option on the three that came in the example cfg you gave (attire, medical, misc). But it looks like those are the only three in the cfg file period. So I will have to readd them completely instead of just "enabling" them, correct? I hope I am being clear.  I'm grateful for your help. I have included a screenshot to show the location I have found in the code.

When you are "adding an item" in the GUI is the only way to choose what category it goes into is by already being in that category in the shop when you click "add an item"? 

how do i get this to work with item cost calculator?

you use the shop.refill command and it auto fills in the values.. but make a backup first

Not everyone edits locally then uploads.
Some people edit the file at the source and reload.
There's a couple online "plugin tutors" that teach you to do it this way.
Generally a safe thing to do until you experience something like this.
It would be best for @Meventto pull the reformatting aspect from the plugin IMHO.

In the updates, there will be more plugin settings in the game.

But, yes, I'll fix the configure reset, too.

How do we use the "image" for shop items? If we are selling commands in the shop, I would like to use an image for that command. I've tried URLs but I always get the black rust logo. Am I doing this wrong?

Do you have ImageLibrary installed?
Also sometimes the images just don't load. Or you'll only get some of the images to load. It's a thing.

Edit:
To clarify. I'm not saying this plugin has issues with images loading. I'm saying in general.
