I don't think I will have an answer, as I still don't and many people don't either. Of course, we all have lives outside of rust, but when 1-2 days go by and they're even online on discord and they don't respond to me, it's a lack of respect for those who bought the plugin. but that's ok next time I'm sure I won't buy plugins from this developer again

I missed the previous posts.
This is also a new person maintaining the plugin.
I have no idea how long they have been working on it.
I just noticed on todays update that it wasn't the original anymore.

The dev maintaining this if it's who I think it is, is actually pretty good about responding.
So I don't know when they picked this up.
I'm guessing very recently.

I've also been told by several devs that posting in the discussion forums doesn't always alert them and it's best to post in the support section if you're having an issue.

I've passed my paid work off to Raul for the time being due to my inability to provide any meaningful support because of time constraints developing and maintaining Codefling, and my other projects that are important to me.

I am disappointed in the lack of attention I've given this plugin and I want you to know I'm truly sorry for any delays in getting things fixed. Please use the support tab to report bugs as that alerts the developer every 24 hours until it's resolved.

You're in good hands now. Raul will take care of any outstanding issues ASAP.

This should be fixed in the latest version. You're on 1.0.7.

Having a look at this now. Wonder if ServerRewards made any chances, I did not test it with SR.

The error is because of the facepunch changes to fuel for quarries being Diesel now, instead of Low Grade. For anyone who can't wait for the fix, just change line 221 in the plugin from:

 

var item = quarry.fuelStoragePrefab.instance.GetComponent<StorageContainer> ().inventory.FindItemsByItemName ( "lowgradefuel" );

to:

 

var item = quarry.fuelStoragePrefab.instance.GetComponent<StorageContainer> ().inventory.FindItemsByItemName ( "diesel_barrel" );

It might need an extra null check on item in OnQuarryConsumeFuel, with incorrect fuel or no fuel it throws a NRE. Also, is it removing fuel correctly?

Added some checks anyway, in case that happens at any point. Better safe than sorry.

I'm currently running 1.1.1 (Loaded plugin QuarryLevels v1.1.1 by Death (edit by Raul-Sorin Sorban)) and just had a player send me this

I'm not sure if this is the fuel error people have been mentioning.
Were there any recent config changes?


So just needed diesel.
Everything is fine.

Now Oilpump need diesel too. I think only quarry should run with diesel.

Well i fully tested it out..... got this plugin very long time ago, waited to improve it....

Config still lack of settings to edit....

Resoureces outputs not clear

Can abuse it 100% add 1 diesel barel, start quarry, remove diesel barel and quarry still going :DDD

First at all developer have to learn how to make it clear.... Config must be clear and full!!!!

1 How long quarry run with 1 diesel barrel and what is a tick rate

2 Every lvls with every resources settings!!!

Waited this plugin to improve like 1 year + and still cant use it!!! Shit and waste of money.... I better make custom map and add more natural quarries to a map instead of using low quality script.

Why not report the bug and make suggestions to the "new" dev in the support section.
You won't accomplish much here.

Every single config option is explained in the plugin overview.

Good morning,

There still seems to be problems. I use mine and pump with fuel. The mine consumes 1 fuel and after that it runs without consumption and keeps running when the fuel is removed. The pump makes 100 crude oil with 1 fuel at level 1. That's a bit too much.

If you're using diesel keep in mind once it consumes 1 it'll run for 2 minutes until it checks for fuel again. 100 crude does sound a bit high though.

Edit

I checked the calculation, you should be getting 60 crude + 170 LGF per 1 Diesel in a pumpjack (vanilla rates)
