Hi just wondering if anyone else has the same problem or in this version 10% rly means way less couse before on 10% it was spawning preaty often now on 20% killed about 30 animals and i didnt see the huntsman. I havent tryed higher chance wondering if i need a higher chance or it doesnt spawn atall?

ah didnt change it to 1.2.7 u can still safely use it thx for the headsup will be corrected next patch 😄

Looks like you never updated the file to 1.2.7.. To fix the issue anyone can find "HumanNPC" and replace it with "global::HumanNPC". if you have conflicts about kill not found on HumanNPC. this is a tell tale sign you have the conflict.

weird i did add the correct version and just now doing another attempt with corrected version on .8 i get a upload error ^^

Same problem here. Spawns often in rocks, sadly. Hope it will be fixed. We love the Plug-In 🙂

Is there a way to get the hunter to play a custom sound, or a random sound from a set of custom sounds when they spawn? I'd love to have my huntsman shout random bad hunting pun bases insults at the player.

"Who's poaching my animals, I see you over deer!"

Just came across this on Dec Update
12/01 15:21:25 | Error while compiling: HuntsMan.cs(163,34): error CS1501: No overload for method `Init' takes `14' arguments
HuntsMan didn't load.

This isn't my mod but I got it working with the following:

Change:

npc.Brain.Senses.Init(...) to the following:

npc.Brain.Senses.Init(npc, npc.Brain, 5f, 140f, 140f, -1f, true, false, true, 60f, false, false, true, EntityType.Player, false);

No idea if this is the correct fix but it will compile now.

I would upload the HuntsMan.cs file in it's entirety but I am pretty sure that would get me banned.

I might try this when the beers wear off.

Keep getting this error when trying to load the plugin. Have the most up to date version as well

this and other errors could cause a server restart not to work

PLEASE read previous posts in this (or any) thread before posting , the "fix" has been out for a few days *by wayward

This fix works for me. I wish that it could be added to the download so I don't have to remember to check the discussion area... 🙂

I agree and it still needs a lot of work, still have the *old problem of either using the previous version where the Huntsman spawns and actually attacks you but sometimes spawns inside the terrain 4/10 or the new version where they spawn ok but dont do anything,

also when it was working you could do loot all if you have the quicksort plugin and it would place a hidden scientist suit in your bag that if you put into a recycler by putting everything in your backpack it would just continuesly recycle giving infinit amount of hqm
