Car Sharing 1.1.7

Suggestion : Advanced Mode : 
Allow prefabs to be attached to car modules in the config. User can provide the prefab and Vector3 and rotation, power state.
This will allow Admins to create truly custom vehicles like a 2 module car with 3 storage modules stacked up and neon signs for a "moving van"
A short armoured wall at an angle at the back of a armoured van, a "ute" with a turret on the back, the possibilities become endless.

Hi all. I don't know for sure if this is caused by this plugin, but I have all the cars on the sides of the roads spawning with fuel and components, i.e. all cars near the roads are already usable. How can I disable this and make it the default?

 I have already added the trains through another plugin made by me, but I would honestly need boats and submarines if you could add them to the plugin. You are saving me a lot of strugle if you can add tham.

I'll add them in one of the updates! Already put it on my TODO list!
