Drag the plugin into the plugins folder and assign the personalrecycler.place and personalrecycler.use permissions to the default group. If you aren't sure how to do that, then you need to look at a guide on how to install rust plugins. -
Scroll to the bottom of the page of any of my plugins and there is a link to join.

Only way to do it is to boot them from their team. There is a config option: "Allow players to stay in a team when they join the event? [set to true if using any sort of clans or team management plugin]" If you are using any team management plugin like clans etc, then this won't work.

Set"Should yield bonus skills be additive [if true, yields will modify the item.amount value, rather than giving additional items]" to true.

Plugin doesnt support custom NPCs from chaos code at this point. It would need to be coded in.
