you can download this plugin https://umod.org/plugins/entity-owner once done, type the command /prod while looking at the mine, stand to the right of the barrels and it will send you the name of the prefab. I just need to send me the image with the name of the prefab to verify that it is correct with that of the plugin, otherwise I'll add myself. also you have to be closer to place the codelock. As soon as you send me the name of the prefab I'll let you know precisely. it should give you as output something similar to this assets/prefabs/deployable/quarry/mining_quarry.prefab if you don't get a similar prefab try the /prod command in different places

HI you can only block quarries that are not on the server but only those owned by you or your team. To place the Code Lock, in theory, any point is enough, try the place to the right of the blue barrel

You use Carbon, so there might be a problem there. I'll do some new tests later on the Carbon framework. I thought you were using Oxide.

I did the same test with another person and he manages to access the vending machine and buy. Use Code Lock, not Key Lock, as the plugin is configured to work with Code Locks.
