all the unecessary notifications from facepunch when you miss your planter and its says that it must be planted in the ground or a planter or some errors

is it possible for it to alert when oxide group changes? using xperience mod that have ranks attached to oxide groups so when a player get to next rank he get into next group too so i wanted a nice banner to announce to him (and all the server that he level up) -

hi im trying to sell chat commands in shop mod but can't find the way to put one all others commands works fine they all are console commands could you add console commands for each levels so players can buy it from the shop thanks
