How can I use the wallpapers that are shown in the picture?
I cant find any config for that. 
How to open the Wallpaper menu?

Well, it is clear that you are using a pirated version and asking for help from the author.

uhm. no i did not.  a friend of me bought it, and ask me to figure ot how it works.

I'm not even remotely skilled in piracy; I don't even know how to set up a server—it's beyond my knowledge. My role for our server is simply to find plugins that suit us and our needs. However, I'll definitely keep your reaction in mind for any future plugin suggestions I might make.

You have to craft "wallpaper" and place that on the walls. Then make sure you have the wallpaper of your choice selected from the /bskin menu. Once it's on the walls, and once you're happy with the choice of wallpaper skin, you can "paint the house" from within the TC.

You shouldn't be too harsh like this. There's many people out there who pirate software, and it's a never ending battle for developers to balance.

You could have easily sent a DM here on Codefling to monster with the proof of purchase, or even with the username of your friend that owns the licence.

The thing is, you and your account doesn't own the licence to this plugin, so Monsters reaction wasn't actually bad at all.

Place the wallpaper down (crafted for 20 cloth) then once its all laid out /bskin and select wallpaper then go to tc and paint the house

(monster will be releasing an update very soon possibly today or in next couple days  with some new QOL features that will make wallpapering a breeze)

So you have to own the wallpaper DLC in order to use all the wallpapers for /bskin then?
