Can you describe the scenario you have in mind for this? Essentially you can stop and start it again by unloading and loading the plugin, but perhaps you had something specific in mind.

I use event manager to schedule events so that I don't have too many running at the same time.

Does the plugin have the ability to run console commands or only in game commands? You could have it unload then load the plugin at the times you wish if it can run console commands.

It only can trigger a single command; an unload wouldn’t be possible

Could I possibly see the config? I'm wondering if its possible to disable raiding of players bases? I only want the npcs to engage in PVP and not raiding is this possible?

It may be for an older version but there is a config example in the Description.

Otherwise as far as raiding they will only raid when they get aggro on a player who would be near the coast or in the water or something along those lines.

A simpler way to keep them from raiding is just to remove from their setup any raiding weapons, namely the rocket launcher is all they really use for this plugin. Remove their rocket launchers and they cannot raid.

Anyone know how to limit the total amount of Water Patrols on the Map at a time? Like a Maximum amount? anyone know what config line this is?
