* Add a black list option for cooking recipes, as recipes such as the bag were giving a lot of xp.
* Fixed an issue with refined materials being given to the player in addition to unrefined materials with the smelter perk.
* Added leveling reward in the form of econ/srp/scrap or custom currency.
* Changed the XP loss system to be percentage based, rather than a static value (default 20%).
* Added Scoreboard into plugin, which can be accessed via a chat or console command (default "scoreboard" or "score").
